Do you offer local pick up?

No, local pickup is not available. Order online and we'll be happy to ship your items with tracking.

For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition and established proof of purchase is required.

 

When will I get my tracking number?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. You can also schedule text notifications at checkout.

Important:

  • Tracking scan information may not be available for the first 24-72 hours (M-F) after you receive your Shipment Confirmation email.
  • Several days may pass between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. 
  • You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order at our cost

Note: Due to COVID & the delays they are having. Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package or scanned it.  It can take up to 3 days for USPS to scan packages and up to 7-8 business days for First Class Mail to arrive. 

Do you sell Wholesale? 

We are not selling wholesale at this time. You can send your company information below and we will notify you when we open that channel.

How does the free shipping option work?

Free us standard shipping when you meet the minimum order amount indicated, before taxes and shipping charges. To redeem offer at checkout, enter the listed code, or, if offer indicates that no code is required, free shipping will be applied to your order automatically once you meet the minimum order amount indicated. Offer is good for standard ground shipping only which is about 3-7 business days transit time

Can I change my address once my order has been placed?

Once an order is submitted. To make an address change, we need a written message to replace it with the correct address.

Do you ship international? 

Yes, we do, please add the item to you cart to check the rates. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We have no control over how long customs will take or if they hold your package. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

  • In addition to U.S. postal addresses in the entire U.S. and Puerto Rico, Modern Mona Studio is able to ship to some P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and FPO addresses.
  • At this time, we do not offer any sort of pick up
