Store Credit Only

We will accept some items back that are unused with 5 days of receiving the item shown on the carrier website for store credit only. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after approved item(s) are delivered to us. All returns are refunded via store credit minus a 10% Restocking fee. We do ship international. Fill out the form below with your order details to request a return.

All returns must our issued Return Authorization Number and approval for any return.

Once your Returns is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and address where to mail your items. 

• Items must be sent back within 5 days of the return authorization number being issued. All items must have a return number or will not accept the return.  
  
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and be in new condition as you received it. All item must show no signs of wear. We do not accept back burnt smudges, burnt incense, etc. Items must be free of residue, stains or wear.

• Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit monogrammed, personalized item, smudges or used incense burners. Beauty products like beeswax and oil blends are non-returnable. 
  
  
• For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition 

• All returns must include an order packing slip that indicates which items are being returned. We will not accept items not approved to be returned

• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

• Any damage items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. 

We recommend that you return using a carrier with tracking. All returns must include an order packing slip that indicates which items are being returned. 

Shipping is non-refundable (any free shipping will be deducted)

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take 3-14 days to reach us.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form for use on a future purchase.
